In addition, we will handle prevailing wages, associated reports, and offer support for both established businesses and startups. If you’re launching a new business, our lead bookkeeper can guide you through the process of setting up licenses, employer accounts, and ensuring you’re fully compliant.
Working primarily with QuickBooks Desktop and offering flexibility based on your needs is key. We can remotely access your QuickBooks Desktop, or if you prefer, it can be managed from our office, should you wish for a more hand-free approach, also freeing your company from the cost of such subscriptions.

Hi, I'm Pam, your
Lead Bookkeeper
I have been keeping the books for different companies for over 39 years. I value integrity in all that I do and work diligently to ensure the quality of work I and my team provide to our clients.
A little about my background specifically: I began working for a woman who had numerous apartment rentals in the mid 1980's to keep records. I had already known her son through mutually attending a faith community in Wenatchee, Wa. Later, her son and I were married and I began also keeping his financial records, doing his payroll, prevailing wages, billing, AR and AP as well as taxes for his thriving construction company.
As years passed and I had assisted nonprofit organizations and other companies with their financials, I realized I should just open my own company in order to better serve our community and I did so in 2008. This went well as we were later transitioning my husband out of the rough work that construction can be, even though he loved it. We moved into our current office space in 2014.
One of the things that I love most about this job is helping other people succeed! Sometimes people come in with a fresh idea for a company and we get them all set up right. Others come having a done a stellar job but they have outgrown doing the work themselves. Still others... well, they may have found themselves overwhelmed and in a mess. I like helping there too - a challenge to rise to. But no matter how they come to our company, I love watching how my team can enable our clients to focus on their own business' growth.
